On Ford vehicles, B1925 means the passenger air bag circuit has shorted to battery voltage. The module runs a self test of every airbag loop at start up, checking voltage and resistance. When the passenger loop reads a short to battery on that check, the module logs B1925 and turns on the airbag light.

In practical terms, something in the passenger airbag wiring is touching a power source it should not be. That is a circuit problem between the module and the passenger airbag. The risk is real: with this fault present, the passenger airbag may not deploy correctly in a crash.
