Your protection is our return policy: if the part you receive is not as described on the listing, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a refund. A restraint part leaves our control the moment it ships. We cannot verify how it was stored, handled, or installed after that, and a deployed airbag cannot be inspected after the fact. Rather than print a warranty we cannot stand behind, we describe every part accurately, photograph it with the label and connectors visible, and confirm fitment against your VIN before you pay when you ask us to.
Every airbag module reset and seat belt repair is tested before it ships back to you. Service work is not covered by a separate warranty. If a part we serviced does not perform after correct installation, call us with your order details and we will look at it with you.
A module reset clears the stored crash data and hard codes after a deployment. It does not repair physical crash damage, it cannot make an unsafe vehicle safe, and it will not clear a warning light caused by a separate hardware fault. Your vehicle must be mechanically sound and properly repaired before the safety system is reinstalled.
