Order, ship, restore, reinstall
The whole thing happens through the mail. Most of our customers are back on the road in days, and you never have to leave your shop or your driveway. The steps below cover an airbag module reset and seat belt repair the same way, because the process is the same for both.
Order your service
Pick the service you need on the site, or call us at 501-988-0611 and we will help you sort out exactly what your car needs. Print the order form and set it aside to send in with your part. If you are not sure whether your problem is stored crash data or a hardware fault, tell us the trouble code and we will give you a clear answer before you spend a dime.
Ship it to us
Remove your airbag control module, usually found under the center console or behind the dash, or pull your seat belt assembly. Package it securely so nothing rattles loose in transit, drop your printed order form in the box, and mail it to our shop in Jacksonville, Arkansas. We restore and test it
In our shop, we clear the crash data and hard codes locked in your module after a deployment, or rebuild your seat belt pretensioner back to factory specification. Then we test it and confirm it reads factory-ready before it ever leaves the building. You get your own original OEM part back, restored and carrying the same factory coding it had before the crash.
Plug it back in
Your part comes back ready to install. Because it is your own unit with its coding intact, it plugs straight into the same connector and the car accepts it right away. Reinstall it, and the SRS light goes out while your safety system works the way it did the day the car was built. If anything is off, call us, because we stand behind the work.
