Most of our customers will never see our shop. They mail a module or a seat belt to us from somewhere across the country and we ship it back restored. But the business did not start as a website. It started here in Jacksonville in 1997, when Rick and Sharron Glaze opened the doors, and it has run out of Central Arkansas ever since. Bryan Glaze bought the company from his dad in 2006 and still runs it today, with a core crew that has been here for years. There is a real building at 2201 N Redmond Rd, rows of inventory behind it, and people you can drive to and shake hands with.
Drop off and pick up in person
If you are anywhere near Little Rock, you can hand the part to us in person. Pull the airbag control module or seat belt, bring it to 2201 N Redmond Rd in Jacksonville, and we will take it from there. When it is done, you come back and pick it up. For a lot of local body shops and DIY owners, dropping off across town shaves days off the job, since the part skips the round trip through the mail on both ends.

Because we run a full parts operation alongside the repair side, we can do more than reset your part. If your control module is physically damaged or missing, we may have a tested OEM one in stock. What we handle
The two jobs an accident leaves behind are a locked airbag control module and spent seat belts, and those are what we have done for more than 25 years. We clear the stored crash data and hard codes from your SRS module so the light goes out, and we rebuild single, dual, and triple-stage seat belt pretensioners and free locked retractors. One honest note: a reset clears the data stored after a deployment, it does not repair physical damage. Your vehicle needs to be mechanically sound and properly repaired before the safety system goes back in. We will read your codes and tell you which service your part needs.

This is a second-generation Arkansas business. The same family has owned it since the Clinton administration, the general manager has been here since day one, and a lot of the crew has been turning these parts for a decade or more.
