What B1BC7 means

When a Chrysler family vehicle deploys airbags, the occupant restraint controller writes the event into a dedicated area of memory. That area holds a limited number of records. Once it is used up, the module reports B1BC7 and refuses to return to service, because a controller that cannot log the next event is not considered fit to manage one.

This code says nothing about wiring, connectors, or sensors. It is a memory condition created by a deployment that already happened. New airbags, new pretensioners, and a perfectly repaired harness will not clear it, since the module is still holding the record from the original crash.
